14-DAY EASY EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange within 14 days of delivery for the following cases:

 Exchange with the same variant (₹250 shipping fee applies). 

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
If the exact item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or provide store credit.

What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product, we request you to record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts. This will help us assess the situation better. Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures, and we will work towards resolving the issue promptly.

Cancellations
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final.
2. Order Confirmation
Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option.
